L'Arc~en~Ciel [Biography]

Formed in 1991, L'Arc～en～Ciel is one of the most popular rock bands from Japan. The band consists of vocalist hyde, leader and bassist tetsuya, guitarist ken, and drummer yukihiro, who replaced drummer sakura in 1997. From their beginnings in Osaka, Japan, they previously included guitarist hiro and drummer pero. All four members are established composers which adds variety to their catalog of songs. Their music ranges from ballads, to hard rock, to light pop-rock tunes.

UVERworld (ウーバーワールド) is a Japanese rock band known for their mixture of musical genres such as hard rock, electronic, and beat-boxing. UVERchan, the band's mascot, is a fictional bear-bat like character, which appears on several of their covers.

shela [Biography]

Megumi Oizumi (大泉めぐみ Oizumi Megumi?) also known as shela is a Japanese Pop singer and actress made a debut under avex trax label. Before her career started, shela was the lead vocalist and saxophonist of the three member band FBI from 1997 to 1998. In 1999 she signed with avex trax, and embarked on a solo career. In 2004 she joined the band, sunny-side up, and split with the original line-up in 2005. As of 2009 shela has made her comeback currently signed to the indie label Rosso Records.

HYDE (ハイド) is the solo project of hyde, the singer and main lyricist for the Japanese rock band L'Arc~en~Ciel and Vamps.

Since HYDE keeps his personal information scarce, much about him is either unknown or unofficial, including his real name, purported to be Hideto Takarai. He confirmed his birthdate (January 29, 1969) in an interview for the 2002 March issue of Rockin On Japan.

Utada is the English language project name of 宇多田ヒカル (Utada Hikaru). She is a third culture singer, composer, arranger, and record producer in Japan and United States. Utada maintains this name in the west as she intends to keep her English style separate from her Japanese music. She has sold an estimated 52 million albums worldwide. Utada is fluent in both English and Japanese as she was raised in both New York and Tokyo. She is most notable in the west for composing and singing the Kingdom Hearts themes 光 (Hikari) and Simple And Clean, as well as the theme songs for Kingdom Hearts II, Passion ~Opening Version~ and Sanctuary ~opening version~.

Yoshioka Yui (吉岡唯; known/stylized as YUI (ユイ)) (born March 26, 1987 in Fukuoka, Japan), is a japanese singer-songwriter and actress. She sings and plays acoustic guitar, and writes her own songs, and apart from playing acoustic guitar, she also likes watching movies, reading books, and playing badminton. Her third single "LIFE" was the fifth ending theme for BLEACH, a popular Japanese anime series, which has brought her some international fame.
